(Rule)Description: Roll a D3 at the start of each Round of Combat that the bearer's unit is fighting. R&F model parts without Harnessed in the bearer's unit gain one of the following effects until the end of the Round of Combat depending on the result of the roll:

• Lethal Strike
• Lightning Reflexes
