New Recruit includes a full fledged Tournament Organisation tool. It is free to use! Here is a short summary of what it can do for you if you want to organise a tournament:

• Swiss Rounds or Group Stages/Direct Elimitation tournament formats
• Lets players sign up and submit their Army Lists through New Recruit
• Automatically checks the validity of lists! This works using Battlescribe data sets that are kept up to date by the BS data communities
• Automatically generate Pairings with a smart algorithm that always find the optimal pairings
• Lets players or Tournament Organisers easily submit the results of matches from any device
• Generates rankings based on tournament results
• Generates stats (such as win rate for each army, units, options...)
• Automatically includes tournaments into a global ELO based Ladder for each game system

You can also create your own Leagues which lets you have League specific ladders and stats for a specific set of Tournaments you control.
